Clan Fergusson of North America is divided into twelve regions under the supervision of a Regional Vice-President. Known as the "RVP", this person is responsible to find conveners to attend local Highland Games and other Scottish events such as Tartan Days and Burns Night Celebrations. The RVP reports to the President and the Executive Council. It is a volunteer position, although some funds are available for event expense, but not for travel. If you want to join CFSNA, or have other concerns, you should contact your Regional Vice-President, who will forward your application to the Membership Chairperson. Some of the Regions, you will note, have no leader or an "Interim" leader. Volunteers are encouraged to contact the President or the President-elect. |

While you are touring the Great Northwest, plan to add a Scottish Festival. Millie and I have enjoyed representing Clan Fergusson at seven Festivals and visiting two others last year. These games grow on us because we get to know special "cousins" of Ferguson descent, as well as several friendly Scottish Clansmen. We are glad that our conveners have had similar rewards. |
